“Transformed my town home”

Scott transformed my two bedroom town home into a red hot rental property! I contacted Scott to discuss replacing the living room carpet with hardwood flooring prior to putting the property on the market.  On his first visit, Scott made several suggestions that he thought would make the property stand out in the community. There was no pressure, Scott was simply providing me with some additional ideas.  He was 100% right and his work was perfect.  The hardwood flooring in the living room coupled with his suggestions of extending the hardwood into the kitchen, adding cabinets under a previously existing breakfast bar and removing carpet from the stairs to expose the hardwood underneath completely revitalized the first floor!  After being placed on the saturated market, the property was rented in three days and the realtor even commented that it was the nicest place she had listed in the community and her easiest rental ever!

I came to Scott with a Pinterest photo of my dream bathroom. Not only did he help me to create my dream, but he gave us everything we wanted and more. He was patient and made recommendations based on his professional expertise and eye for design, all while still delivering on what we wanted. He was clean throughout the messy renovation process and helped us turn our Pinterest picture into our own perfect space. His attention to detail was exceptional and I also appreciated his expectations for excellence.  For example, when the marble countertop was delivered, he noticed that there was a small crack in it.  The marble company wanted to install it as is, however there was no way Scott was going to let that happen. Within a few days, a brand new, flawless countertop was installed and our bathroom was complete.  I would recommend him to anyone.
